NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

Olean Zoning Board of Appeals

Public hearings will be held on June 10, 2026 at 5:50 pm in the Council Chambers at the Olean Municipal Building to consider Area Variance requests at 104 N. 18th Street to build landing with steps 8 ft. off the sidewalk and to widen the driveway up to the property line. These

requests will vary from the requirements of Article 4, Section 2.3 and

Article 10, Section 3.5.1.B of the City of Olean Zoning Law. All interested parties are invited to attend.
