NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

Olean Zoning Board of Appeals

A public hearing will be held on November 12, 2025 at 5:47 pm in the Council Chambers at the Olean Municipal Building to consider an Area Variance request to construct a six (6) foot high vinyl fence thirty-two (32) inches from the sidewalk at 138 N 17th St. This request will vary from the front yard requirements of a corner lot per Article 28, Section 10.7 of the City of Olean Zoning Law. All interested parties are invited to attend.
