The annual election of the Town of Humphrey Fire

District Board of Fire Commissioners will be held from 6:00pm to 9:00pm on Tuesday December 9th 2025 for the purpose of electing the following

Commissioner.

One Commissioner for a five (5) year term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending

December 31, 2030

Anyone interested in serving in any of these positions should contact the secretary of the Fire Commissioners no later than November 20th, 2025 by 5:00pm at 716-609-8393 for application form.

This notice is being posted in accordance with the provisions of Section 94 of the public

Officers Law of the State of New York.
