Armed Security Services Request for Proposal (RFP)

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the requirements of New York State General Municipal Law, sealed bids are requested for the provision of armed security

services. Interested and qualified vendors are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the specifications set forth in the official Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.

Bid documents may be obtained via beaconbid.com, by visiting www.salamancany.org/page/rfp, or at the business office of the Salamanca City Central School District, located at 734 Broad Street, Salamanca, NY, during regular business hours. All proposals must be received by April 10, 2026 at 3PM via beaconbid.com or by delivery to the District attention Tricia Wilt at 50 Iroquois Drive, Salamanca, NY 14779. Submissions delivered to the district office must be clearly marked “Armed Security Services RFP 2026-013”. Late submissions will not be considered.

A public bid

opening will be held at the Superintendent’s Office on April 13, 2026 at 9AM. The awarding of the contract will be

subject to all applicable provisions of the NYS General Municipal Law.

The Salamanca City Central School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the District.
