REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: ECONOMIC

DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ACIDA, partnering with Allegany County, is

soliciting proposals for professional consulting services

funded primarily by the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

The selected consultant will manage CDBG project administration, economic/community development planning, loan portfolios, compliance, and future grant applications. ACIDA intends to award a three-year cost-

reimbursement

contract.

Submission

Requirements: Proposals must include background information, CDBG experience, personnel resumes, and an hourly cost schedule. Submissions must be received by 4:00 PM on Monday, June 15, 2026, via mail or PDF email to Craig Clark,

alleganyco.gov).
