NOTICE

LOCAL LAW NO. 5-2025

On December 10, 2025, the Cattaraugus County Legislature adopted Local Law Number 5-2025, entitled “A Local Law Establishing a Fee for Mailing

Notice of Sale or Transfer of Ownership of Real Property and Repealing Act 53-2020”.

It is the intent of this Local Law to establish a fee, to be charged by the

Cattaraugus County Clerk, to cover the cost of mailing written notices of conveyances to the owners of record.

This Local Law shall take effect

immediately.
