NOTICE

LOCAL LAW NO. 2-2026

On August 26, 2026, the

Cattaraugus County Legislature

adopted Local Law Number 2-2026, entitled “A Local Law Amending

Local Law Number 6-1992 Providing for the Creation of a Cattaraugus County Department of Economic Development,

Planning and

Tourism”.

It is the intent of this Local Law to

include the

responsibility for the control, administration, and operation of the County

Museum under the powers and duties of the Department of Economic Development, Planning and Tourism.

This Local Law shall take effect as provided by the New York State Municipal Home Rule Law and upon completion of the requisite filings and procedures.
