(Columbia) -- Missouri shortstop Jenna Laird has been named the SEC Freshman of the Week for a second time this year.
Laird had a three-hit performance against Saint Louis before finishing with four hits and three runs scored two days later against South Carolina. For the week, Laird hit .667 with three doubles, three stolen bases, four RBI and seven runs scored.
