OLEAN — Four Mile Brewing is hosting a night of live music tonight as Fred Mascherino will take the stage, joined by Rookie of the Year and special guests City Under Siege and regional opening act Connor & Noah.

Mascherino is a respected songwriter, producer and touring musician best known for his work with Taking Back Sunday, as well as his projects The Color Fred and Say Anything. As one of the key architects of the early 2000s alternative and emo movement, Mascherino’s influence helped shape a generation of music fans.

His career spans decades of chart-topping releases, world tours and a reputation for emotionally powerful, high-intensity live performances. His Heading East Records is an independent record label whose mission is centered on supporting artists and helping rejuvenate local music scenes.

Connor & Noah are part of Thursday night’s lineup at Four Mile Brewing.

Promoters say his appearance in Olean is a rare opportunity for the community to experience a true genre-defining artist in an intimate setting.

The show gets underway at 7 p.m.

Rookie of the Year is known for heartfelt lyrics, emotionally driven sound and deep connection with their fans. With a reputation for turning every show into a shared experience, the band has built a loyal following through tireless touring and songs that resonate with authenticity and heart.

Special guests City Under Siege will bring their own energy to the stage, adding to a lineup that spans raw emotion, passion and musical storytelling.

Opening the night will be Connor & Noah, representing the strength of the regional music scene. With a growing presence throughout the area, they embody what promoters say is Four Mile Brewing’s commitment to giving meaningful opportunities to artists from the surrounding communities and helping build the next generation of live performers.

Thursday’s event is a continuation of Four Mile Brewing’s showcase of local bands, which includes livestreaming to expand their reach well beyond the room. Through that effort, a local band earned a recording opportunity through Jamie McClanahan of The Victory Drive, based in Belmar, N.J., which was a direct result of the connections and visibility created at Four Mile.

Over the summer, Four Mile also hosted an American Pie Night featuring Thomas Ian Nicholas, an accomplished actor and musician best known for starring as Kevin Myers in “American Pie” and Henry Rowengartner of Rookie of the Year.

“That event showed what’s possible when Olean has a welcoming, community-first space for unique and meaningful entertainment experiences,” Four Mile promoters stated. “Four Mile Brewing is under new management, and we’re incredibly excited about the direction ahead.
