  • CATTARAUGUS

— Kaleb E. Gebauer, 25, of Cattaraugus, was charged at 7 p.m. Sunday with first-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree grand larceny, both class E felonies; fourth-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, class A misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

  • AMITY — Coty J. Denning, 26, of Friendship, was charged at 9:32 a.m. Sunday, with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child, all class A misdemeanors, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
  • ANDOVER — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 10:05 a.m. Sunday on East Chestnut and South Main streets. Robert J. Treat, 49, of Westfield, Pa., was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.
  • WELLSVILLE — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 9:57 p.m. Sunday on Eastside Avenue and State Route 417. Penny S. Trimble, 55, of Wellsville, was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.
  • CARROLLTON — Kyle J. Cleveland, 38, of Limestone, was charged at 12:39 a.m. Monday, with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

— A two-vehicle accident was reported at 9:52 a.m. Wednesday on Route 6 westbound. Barbara J. Houwer, 67, of Roulette, and Larry E. Lukehart Jr., 29, of Coudersport, were identified as the drivers. One injury was reported.
