For the sixth straight year, Enchanted Mountain Garden Club of Allegany is hosting Scarecrow Row along Main Street. EMGC provides wooden frames, then students, families, community members, organizations and businesses are invited to create their own scarecrow. The scarecrows are in place through Halloween — while this year there will be a Scarecrow Trick 0r Treat event on Oct. 31 from 2 to 3:30 pm.
