ELLICOTTVILLE — Dominic Steven Fuller, of Ellicottville, passed away Wednesday (Sept. 30, 2026) at the age of 16.

He was born Feb. 1, 2010, in Olean, and was the son of Brian (Toni) Fuller of West Valley and Madeline (Schuster) Fuller of Ellicottville.

Dominic was a junior at West Valley Central School, where he was a proud member of the basketball team. He played every position on the team and, fittingly, was the biggest one on the court.

Beyond basketball, Dom had a true passion for snowboarding and had worked at Holiday Valley. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and participating in tractor pulls. He also loved gaming and, most of all, spending time with his family and friends.

From a very young age, Dom found a special place in the world of tractor pulling. He had been a member of the Southern Tier Mini Tractor Pullers Club since he was just four years old, making countless memories along the way.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Harper June Fuller; his grandfather, Kenneth Fuller of West Valley; his “Grandma Sharon” Friel of Ellicottville; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Dominic was preceded in death by his grandparents, June Fuller and Jean Schuster.

Friends and family may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday (Oct. 5, 2026) at the Smith-Weismantel Funeral Home, 271 E. Main St., Springville. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday (Oct. 6, 2026) at the West Valley Volunteer Hose Company, 9085 Rt. 240, West Valley, with Pastor Tim Koffkey officiating.

Memorials may be made to the family’s GoFundMe page, https://gofund.me/19f5aa796
