SALAMANCA — Beverly K. Hannon, 67, of Salamanca, died peacefully at home with her husband Friday (July 10, 2026), following a long illness.

Born March 2, 1959, in Natchez, Miss., she was the daughter of the late George D. Harrison and Bonita F. Swanson. She was married Dec. 21, 2019, in Salamanca, to James D. Hannon, who survives.

She graduated from Little Valley High School, Class of 1977, and attended SUNY Delhi, Delhi, where she studied hotel and restaurant management.

She was employed as a table games dealer at the Seneca Allegany Casino for over 15 years, and had previously worked at Yosemite National Park in California.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, travel, music (especially the Grateful Dead), playing billiards in several different leagues, baking, gardening, her cats and was an avid Buffalo Bills and New York Yankees fan.

Surviving besides her husband are three sons, Luke (Rhiannon Carnahan) Harrison of Randolph, Ford Reynolds and Tate Reynolds, both of Salamanca; three stepdaughters, Kelly Hannon of Ellicottville, Kaitlin Hannon of Los Angeles, Calif., and Molly (Billy) Grauer of North Charleston, S.C.; and three grandchildren, Myles Harrison, Reid Harrison and Delia Grauer.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday (July 17, 2026) at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, at which time funeral services will be held in the funeral home with Rev. Richard Roberts of Community Care of Western New York officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Salamanca.

In lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorial donations to be made to Mission MSA, P.O. Box 735039, Chicago, IL 60673.
