Terry M. Foster

CATTARAUGUS — Terry M. Foster, 70, of Cattaraugus, passed away Tuesday (July 7, 2026).

He was born March 2, 1956, in Olean, son of the late Patricia Foster.

Mr. Foster was the owner and operator of Terry’s Riverview in Allegany, and the Bier Hut in Salamanca. He also had been a beverage manager at the Seneca Allegany Casino.

He is survived by four daughters, Ashley (Nick) Rhinehart of Cattaraugus, Stacey (Todd) Peterson of Little Valley, Tamara (Ty) Warner of Portville and Brittany Foster of Machias; and his grandchildren, Seth, Ty and Gabrielle Peterson, Adelyn and Jackson Warner, Skylar Munson and Tanner and Paxton Rhinehart. Also surviving is a sister, Jennifer Crissman of Shreveport, La.

He was predeceased by a son, Michael Foster.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday (July 13, 2026) at the Mentley Funeral Home Inc., 411 Rock City St. in Little Valley. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday from the funeral home. Burial will be in Allegany Cemetery.
