BUFFALO — The following local students graduated from the University at Buffalo and were honored at commencement exercises May 1-17:

• Catherine Przybyla of Cuba graduated summa cum laude from the University at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the College of Arts and Sciences. Przybyla’s degree was conferred in June 2026.
• Lauren Beacom of Randolph graduated from the University at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the College of Arts and Sciences.
• Christian Kolasny of Delevan graduated magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the School of Management.
• Colin Wentz of East Otto graduated from the University at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
