Carnival rides were being set up Tuesday at the Allegany Fire Department in preparation for the return of Old Home Week. Activities begin tonight with Chief's Night from 6-11 p.m. Local fire departments are invited to showcase a piece of their apparatus. Water Fight Night is set for 6-11 p.m. Thursday, with area departments again encouraged to participate. Friday will run from 6 p.m.-midnight and feature the Kiddies Parade at 6 p.m. The carnival will be open from 1 p.m.-midnight on Saturday, with half-price wristbands from 1-5 p.m. For more information, visit the Allegany Fire Department on Facebook.
