Craig Francis Senfield

PLATTSBURGH — Craig Francis Senfield, 79, died Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026, at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh.

He was the eldest son of three children born to Lt. Eugene and Elizabeth Hussey Senfield. Craig was born at the Mountain Clinic in Olean on Aug. 11, 1946.

He graduated from Olean High School in 1964 and then attended Bowling Green State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration in 1968.

Friends will be received from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels in Olean, at which time a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held. Burial was in St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Allegany.
