Ruby Lynne Vincoski

ELLICOTTVILLE — Ruby Lynne Vincoski, 68, of Ellicottville, formerly of Perry, passed away Sunday (June 7, 2026) at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo.

Born Feb. 28, 1958 in Warsaw, she was the daughter of Clayton William and Ruby Gardner Green Jr. On June 19, 2004, in Allegany, she married Kevin Vincoski, who survives.

Ruby attended school in Perry, Attica, and received her diploma from Pioneer Central School.

She had worked in the healthcare field, most recently as a certified nurse’s aide for Absolut Care of Salamanca.

She enjoyed many hobbies including knitting, crocheting, reading, hunting, fishing, camping and gardening.

She is survived by her husband, Kevin; two daughters, Tracy (Shawn) Schweiger and Jackie (Jeff) Antonelli; five grandchildren, Samantha Adams, Lyora Antonelli, Travis Antonelli, Trinity Schweiger and Sean Michael Herman; two sisters, Wanda (Ron) Covert and Brenda Schuster; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Clayton and Ruby; her maternal grandparents, George and Anna Reams; two sisters, Barb Scharet and Georgia Thomas; two brothers, Clayton W. Green III and George “Hank” Green; and a nephew, Richard Scharet.

The family welcomes friends to attend a memorial visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday (June 15, 2026) at St. Bonaventure Church, 95 E. Main St., Allegany. A memorial mass will begin at 11 a.m. in the church.
