Lottie Kinney Sikes Mogg, loving mother and grandmother

LYNDON — Lottie Mogg, of Rawson Road, formerly of Portville, Ceres and Olean, passed away Tuesday (May 26, 2026) at her home.

Lottie was born Sept. 8, 1952, in Pennsylvania, and was the daughter of Henry and Francis Kinney. She was formerly married to Frank Sikes, who predeceased her. She then married Thomas Mogg.

Lottie worked many years nursing at various places.

She loved sewing, crocheting, horses, puzzles, enjoying coffee outside, helping others, laughing and watching tv.

Lottie is survived by her son, Jeffery Sikes; four grandchildren, Michael Sikes, Nicholas Sikes, Jeffery Sikes II and Kimberly Muschaweck; and three siblings, Mary Griswold, Lois Bowers and Sherri Wisner.

Lottie was predeceased by her parents; and a daughter, Shannon Sikes.

Friends will be received from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday (June 2, 2026) at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean, at which time a memorial service will be held. Rev. Mark Chapman, pastor of the Allegany Baptist Church, will officiate.
