RICHBURG — Kenneth Edward Mondello Moore passed into the loving arms of his Savior Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the age of 64, with his loving family at his side.
Ken worked for the Adelphia cable company and spent 16 years as an EMT with Trans-Am Ambulance service in Olean.
Ken was a 35-year member of the Richburg Volunteer Fire Department serving as president and commissioner.
Ken is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Moore; his adopted daughter, Morganne Moore, at home; a stepdaughter, Michell Chambers of Tennessee; stepson, Chris Stives of Connecticut; three grandchildren; three sisters, Ann (Jon) Jacek of Kentucky, Linda (Jerry) Lyman of Richburg and Jean (Doug) Bliven of Portville; two brothers, Pastor Don Moore of Ellington and Thomas (Diane) Moore of Richburg; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews
Ken was predeceased by his parents, Minter Moore and Helen Meek Moore; and a great-nephew, Wyatt Brimmer.
The family would like to thank his caregiver Frida Stives and his close childhood friend Pete Peabody for the loving care they showed Ken.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 7, 2026, at the Richburg Firemen’s Clubhouse, 143 Griffin St., Richburg.
