Stefany Perry-Blackwell

OLEAN — Stefany Perry-Blackwell, 44, passed away unexpectedly Thursday (May 7, 2026) at Olean General Hospital.

Born Jan. 27, 1982, in Olean, she was the daughter of Kevin Blackwell and Susan O’Connell, who both survive. On May 5, 2016, in Olean, she married Krista Perry-Blackwell, who survives.

Stefany was a 2000 graduate of Olean High School.

She was the owner of Dream Clean in Olean.

In her free time, she enjoyed sports, relaxing and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. She had a deep love for her animals and would find joy in their companionship.

Stefany’s most treasured moments were spent with her family, especially her nephew, Cooper. In keeping with her generous spirit, she was an organ donor, helping others after her passing.

In addition to her wife and parents, she is survived by a stepson, Noah Blair of Olean; a sister, Sommer Blackwell of Olean; her nephew, Cooper Young; and a much-loved sister-in-law, Jennifer (Harry) Raub.

She was predeceased by her grandmother, Nancy Blackwell; great-grandmother, Catherine Snopkowski; and a sister, Tiffany Blackwell.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday (May 10, 2026) at the Casey, Halwig and Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 West State Road, Olean. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Pastor Paris Maine of Epic Church will officiate.
