OLEAN — Judith “Judi” Carleton Davis, 70, of Olean, passed away peacefully Friday, May 1, 2026.
Judi was born to Dwight and Sylvia Carleton and spent her life creating memories with family, friends and everyone lucky enough to know her.
Judi was a graduate of Portville Central School.
Judi was known for her fun-loving spirit and her love of adventure. She enjoyed camping, spending time outdoors, and never passed up the chance to visit a casino and enjoy herself. She worked for many years as a waitress at restaurants throughout Olean and Perry, where she made countless friendships and brightened the days of those she served with her warm personality and sense of humor.
More than anything, Judi loved being surrounded by the people she cared about. Her laughter, stories, and lively spirit will be remembered always.
She is survived by her loving sons, Mathew (Heather) Nazario, Brandon (Samantha) Davis and Sean Davis; her cherished grandchildren, Vinny and Bella Nazario; her sister, Diane (Keith) Mosher; her sister-in-law, Mary (David) Carleton; as well as many nieces and nephews, extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gerry Davis; her parents, Dwight and Sylvia Carleton; and her brother, David Carleton.
A celebration of Judi’s life was held Monday (May 4, 2026), where family and friends gathered to honor the joy and love she brought into their lives.
Arrangments were under the direction of the Casey, Halwig and Hartle Funeral Home, Olean.
