Franklin A. Green

RICHBURG — Franklin A. “Frank” Green, 79, a lifelong resident of Richburg, passed away with his loving family by his side on Monday (April 20, 2026) in Olean General Hospital, Olean, after a long illness.

Family and friends may gather from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday (April 26, 2026) and from noon to 1 p.m. Monday (April 27, 2026) at the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, 118 S. Union St., Shinglehouse, Pa., where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Kevin J. Dusenbury, funeral director/owner of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse.
