Eileen Proto (left) and James Driscoll, a husband-and-wife team who work at Proto & Loskey CPA, LLC in Olean, both recently passed the rigorous Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam. Upon passing, both became a partner with Proto’s father Louis, who founded the local cornerstone accounting company over 45 years ago.
