Proud grandfather to Keith (Nicole Bajdas) of West Seneca; brother of Maryann Sheehan of Cheektowaga; and  brother-in-law to Joyce Ambrose of Sherman; and many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his parents; a sister, Dottie Perez; and brother, Robert Ambrose.

Always with a smile or laugh, a proud Korean veteran with four service medals. A member of the Springville VFW, Springville and West Valley American Legion and O.B.’s.

Richard was an animal lover, enjoyed the outdoors, playing cards, pool and horseshoes.
