Colton Sulewski, 8, of Olean, had as good a day fishing recently as many anglers might experience over the course of a year. Colton reeled in three nice pike — the longest about 33 inches — while fishing with his father, Shaun Sulewski in Olean Creek. Shaun, who has had great success fishing in Olean Creek and the Allegheny River locally, said the winning bait was a jig and a minnow.
