The Olean City School District was recently named a Champion of Change by the New York State School Board Association in recognition of the Olean High School National Honor Society's beautification initiative with their adopted community gardens along North Union Street in Olean. NHS Advisor Scott Rucinski (center left) and NHS members were presented with a banner that will hang in the school.
