Skiers and snowboarders enjoyed a cold but clear Monday afternoon on Holiday Valley’s slopes. The Ellicottville ski resort reported 12 lifts and 43 trails were open on Monday. The area received about 3 inches of snow Sunday, and groomers are out mixing that in with the base for nice skiing and riding.
