Crews were out at the Bill Flanigan Memorial Ice Pond on Friday to install the new artificial ice rink. Part of an ongoing project by the City of Salamanca to renovate the pond and facilities at the end of Fawn Avenue, the artificial rink will occupy the northern half of the pond that was filled in last year.
