Susan T. Ofano, loving daughter and sister

ALLEGANY — Susan T. Ofano, 58, of Church Road, passed away Saturday (Jan. 3, 2026) at Olean General Hospital, following an illness.

Susan was born Jan. 24, 1967, in Olean, and was the daughter of Donovan C. and Georgia M. Oakley Chesebro.

Susan was a 1986 graduate of Olean High School and attended Olean Business Institute.

She worked for Intandem Rehabilitation Center for about 20 years and truly enjoyed the people she helped.

Susan loved her dog, Joey, and going out to eat.

Susan is survived by her mother, Georgia M. Carr of Allegany; and a sister, Carol A. (Mike Myszka) Chesebro of Olean.

Susan was predeceased by her father, Donovan; her stepfather, Robert D. Carr; and a brother, Kenneth P. Chesebro.

There will be no services at this time.
