The Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino held its annual tree lighting ceremony Wednesday night, spreading joy and a sense of togetherness between Seneca Gaming, the Seneca Nation, the Salamanca community and the casino’s patrons. Dozens of community members and casino guests gathered in front of the bus drop-off near the events center, where Santa and Mrs. Claus helped casino and Seneca Nation officials flip the switch and light up the tree. Western New York’s own Olivia Amorian sang live and Rockette-style dancers performed a festive routine. New this year, guests could take horse-drawn carriage rides around the property. In the lobby, attendees could enjoy free snacks and visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
