OLEAN — James F. Hart, 89, of Irving Street, passed away Monday (Nov. 24, 2025) in the loving care and presence of his family.

A visitation and funeral service are being scheduled and will be announced with a full obituary in the Saturday edition of the Olean Times Herald.
