Work continues a new Dunkin’ location in Cuba — the fourth in Allegany County — at 84 Genesee St.. The site is being built by TRW Construction of Elmira for Bapa Network, a Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins franchisee based in Horseheads. The site was previously a residential property.
