RICHBURG — A Celebration of Life Service for Donald E. Pangburn, who passed away Tuesday, Oct.28, 2025, will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday (Nov. 15, 2025) at the Richburg Firemen’s Clubhouse, Griffin Street, Richburg. Military honors accorded by members of the Morrison Hayes American Legion Post 702 will begin at 1 p.m.

Arrangements are under direction of the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., Bolivar.
