Dr. Betty A. Rosa, Commissioner of the New York State Education Department, visited the Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES CTE Center at Olean on Thursday as part of her week-long trip to school districts across the state. She met with the region’s district superintendents and other school leaders for a discussion on the state of education in New York and toured the center. Rosa also met with students in the Audio Visual Production and culinary arts classes, observing their skills in action and discussing their educational pathways.
