Beyond his career, Patrick dedicated himself to community service as executor of the Eulalia Dempsey Charitable Trust, joyfully directing support to local nonprofits. He was also an active member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help in Lewis Run and St. Bernard’s Parish.

He was deeply involved with the BCC Trust and cherished time spent with family, friends and his beloved dogs, especially Lukey. Known for his kindness, intelligence, sensitivity, and gentle humor, Patrick had a gift for putting others at ease.
Patrick faced cancer with courage and immense gratitude for his devoted wife, who lovingly cared for him in his final years.
