Alan T. Pervorse, beloved brother, nephew, cousin
BOLIVAR — Alan T. Pervorse, 61, formerly of 65 Pleasant St., Bolivar, passed away Thursday (Sept. 4, 2025) at Olean General Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Born July 21, 1964, in Mineral Springs, Texas, he was a son of Richard and Inez (June) Pervorse, Sr.
Alan was a graduate of Boyle County High School in Danville, Ky. He was employed for over 25 years by the ARC in Wellsville prior to his retirement.
He loved attending car shows and enjoyed showing his own cool truck, winning many trophies at car shows.
Alan is survived by a brother, Richard Pervorse, Jr., of Bolivar; two uncles, Dean (Sally) June of Attica and Dale (Muslima) June of Los Angeles; four aunts, Diane June of Holbrook, Joan (Richard) Fluker of Batavia, Beverly VanAllen of Warsaw and Rose (Dale) Feenaughty of Bolivar, and several cousins.
He was predeceased by his parents.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday (Sept. 8, 2025) at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Route 417, Bolivar. Chuck Ackerman, a close family friend, will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., Bolivar.
