Colin L. ‘Corky’ Stillman
CUBA — Colin L. “Corky” Stillman, 82, of Cuba, passed away Wednesday (June 11, 2025) at Olean General Hospital, after a brief illness.
Born April 26, 1943, in Cuba, he was a son of Lynn F. and Geraldine Pettis Stillman.
Corky was a graduate of Cuba Central School, Class of 1962. He worked for ACME Electric in Cuba for 30 years prior to his retirement.
He attended the Cuba First Baptist Church.
He enjoyed walking his dogs, volunteering at the SPCA, riding his bike and taking care of his lawn. He also enjoyed HAM radio and his call number was WA2KKF.
Surviving are a daughter, Melissa Lynn Stillman of Susanville, Calif.; a son, Tracy (Jennifer) Yeoman of San Antonio, Texas; several grandchildren; two nephews, Daniel Stillman and Shane Stillman; and a niece, Aretta Stillman Pierson.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Robert Stillman; and twin sisters who passed at birth, Beverly and Barbara Stillman.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service at 10 a.m. Monday (June 16, 2025) at Cuba Cemetery, Medbury Avenue, Cuba. Pastor Claudia Little will officiate.
Memorials may be made to the Cuba First Baptist Church; or to the Cattaraugus County SPCA.
