- Monday, 2:42 p.m., no injuries were reported following a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Front Street and Seneca Avenue. A vehicle operated by Natalie Williams-Nuttall, 65, go Grandview Avenue, reportedly struck the rear of a vehicle operated by Karen Lynn Skinner, 64, of Bolivar, which was stopped in traffic.

- SALAMANCA — Amy R. Hushon, no age or address provided, was charged Monday with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. According to deputies, Huston allegedly stole over $21,000 from the Seneca Nation Optical Division over an unspecified period of time while she worked there. Hushon is due back in court at a later date.

- OLEAN — Cassondra Rae Shoup, 34, of Cuba, was charged at 9:45 a.m. Monday with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, a class E felony; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; resisting arrest, acting in a manner injurious to a child and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, class A misdemeanors. Shoup was released with an appearance ticket.
- OLEAN — Christopher Gene Shoup, 36, of Cuba, was charged at 9:52 a.m. Monday with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor. Shoup was released with an appearance ticket.
- YORKSHIRE — Dustin J. France, 36, of Fillmore, was charged at 7:50 p.m. Monday with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. France was released with an appearance ticket.
- ALFRED — Michael A. Grecheck, 39, of Alfred Station, was charged at 12:03 a.m. Tuesday with attempted third-degree assault, a class B misdemeanor. Grecheck was held pending arraignment.
- ANDOVER — Kevin L. Cobb, 61, of Andover, was charged at 1:31 a.m. Tuesday with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. Cobb was held pending arraignment.
