FREDONIA – Salamanca baseball fell 10-0 in their sectional quarterfinal loss against Fredonia on Tuesday.
The Warriors only two hits came from Cory Holleran and Conner Seeley. Holleran started on the mound as well, allowing five earned runs and six hits in 4.2 innings pitched.

ELLICOTTVILLE – The Eagles easily moved past Pine Valley to move on to the Section 6 Class D semifinal on Thursday.
Sawyer Miller went 2-3 with three RBIs as the team’s top hitter and Ryan Norton also added two RBIs. Starting pitcher Rylan Benjamin pitched all five innings with only two hits allowed, striking out nine PV batters.
The No. 4 Eagles will take on No. 1 Franklinville at 5 p.m. in Franklinville on Thursday.
Bolivar-Richburg 7, Kendall 0
BOLIVAR – The B-R softball team keeps rolling through the Section 5 C2 bracket. They won 7-0 over No. 5 Kendall to advance to the semifinal with Kylee Whiting and Cassidy Stives each going 2-3 at the plate to lead the Wolverines.
No. 4 B-R (14-4) will play No. 1 Dundee/Bradford (13-1) at 5 p.m. on Thursday for the right to play in the sectional title game.
