    Police reports 5/26/25

    Olean Police

    • Friday, 10:08 a.m., Daniel P. Ryan, 39, no permanent address, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. The charge stems from an incident reported at Olean Food Barn. Ryan was released with an appearance ticket.
    • Saturday, 1:43 a.m., Paul Theron Cradduck, 42, of 708 Washington St., was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation. Cradduck was released with an appearance ticket.
    • Saturday, 1:58 a.m., Louis M. Serrano III, 34, of 901 W. Henley St., was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. Serrano was released with an appearance ticket.
    • Saturday, 8 a.m., Shane A. Ellis, 26, of 818 W. Sullivan St., was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, an infraction. Ellis is due back in court at a later date.
    • Saturday, 4:13 p.m., Sabrina L. Smith, 32, of Bradford, Pa., was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child, a class A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. The charged stem from a reported domestic incident. Smith’s status was not reported.
    • Saturday, 5:13 p.m., David W. Foust, 65, of Limestone, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. The change stems from an incident reported at Allen’s Wine and Liquor. Foust was released with an appearance ticket.
    • Sunday, 7:20 a.m., Joshua M. Weigartz, 39, of Oak Ridge, Tenn., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and unregistered motor vehicle, an infraction. Weigartz is due back in court at a later date.
    • Sunday, 6:45 a.m., Brandon M. Blackshear, 41, of 109 W. Greene St., was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. The charge stems from an incident reported at CVS Pharmacy. Blackshear was released with an appearance ticket.

    Salamanca Police

    • May 19, 9 a.m., Richard J. Kozlowski, 39, of Lakewood, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor, and operation a motor vehicle without a license, an infraction. Kozlowski was released with an appearance ticket.
    • May 19, 2:36 p.m., Shally S. Seneca, 31, of Irving, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court. Seneca was held pending arraignment.
    • May 20, 1:30 p.m., James R. Hudson, 48, of Salamanca, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant. Hudson was held pending arraignment.
    • Wednesday, 8:58 p.m., Karina L. Casares, 40, of Allegany, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to use headlights, infractions. Casares was released with an appearance ticket.
    • Thursday, 1:22 p.m., Brock P. Monroe, 32, of Franklinville, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court. Monroe was held pending arraignment.
    • Thursday, 10:11 p.m.. Michael J. Colton, 59, of Salamanca was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and no plates, an infraction. Colton was released with an appearance ticket.
    • Thursday, 10:50 p.m., Jeremy D. Nichols, 47, of Little Valley, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and failure to signal, an infraction. Nichols was released with an appearance ticket.
    • Friday, 1:11 a.m., Peter J. Galioto, 21, of Olean, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08% or greater, unclassified misdemeanors; no plates and speeding, infractions. Galioto was released with an appearance ticket.
    • Friday, 7:01 p.m., Shauntay L. Hackett, 26, of Great Valley, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction. Hackett was released with an appearance ticket.
    • Sunday, 1:49 a.m., Megan D. Westman, 30, of Salamanca, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08% or greater, unclassified misdemeanors; and three counts each of moved from lane unsafely, failure to keep right and driving to the left of roadway markings, infractions. Westman was released with an appearance ticket.

    New York State Police

    • ALLEGANY — A 17-year-old, a 15-year-old and a 13-year-old, all from Olean, were each charged at 7:53 p.m. May 11 with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. All three were released with family court appearance tickets.
    • ANDOVER — Jacob N. Webber, 23, of Rochester, was charged at 1:09 p.m. Saturday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Webber was released with an appearance ticket.
    • GOWANDA — Bradley E. Gabel, 39, no address given; Jason P. John., 44, of Perrysburg; and Colette M. Clymerman, 55, no address given, were each charged at 2:50 p.m. Saturday with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic drug, a class B felony; three counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a class C felony; and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Gabel was held without bail. John and Clymerman were released with appearance tickets.
    • HINSDALE — Muhammad Fahad Asif, 19, of Brooklyn, was charged at 3:38 p.m. Saturday with reckless driving, an unclassified misdemeanor; second-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, class A misdemeanors. The charges stem from the investigation of a one-vehicle accident on Farm to Market Road. No injuries were reported. Asif was released with an appearance ticket.
    • AMITY — Clayton William Babbitt, 19, of Belmont, was charged at 6:20 p.m. Saturday with first-degree unlawful dealing with a child and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, class A misdemeanors. Babbitt was released with an appearance ticket.
    • ALMOND — Tyler Kayes, 25, of Almond, was charged at 4:50 a.m. Sunday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; petit larceny and unathorized use of a motor vehicle, class A misdemeanors. Kays was held pending arraignment.
    • WELLSVILLE — Gregory Joseph Johnson, 62, of Wellsville, was charged at 4:28 p.m. Sunday with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, unclassified misdemeanors. Johnson was release with an appearance ticket.
    • GOWANDA — Abigail R. Kennedy, 25, of Gowanda, was charged at 8:11 p.m. Sunday with third-degree criminal tampering, a class B misdemeanor. Kennedy was released with an appearance ticket.
    • PORTVILLE — Anthony Isaiah Evenson, 25, of Olean, was charged at 12:34 a.m. Monday with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor. Evenson was released with an appearance ticket.
