OLEAN — The United Way of Cattaraugus & Allegany Counties announces its newly elected officers for the Board of Directors, who will help guide the organization’s work to support local families and strengthen communities across the region.
The following individuals have been selected to lead the board for the coming term:
Anthony Fuoco has been named board president. A Wellsville resident, Fuoco is a social welfare examiner at the Allegany County Department of Social Services. His longstanding commitment to community well-being and public service brings valuable insight to the role.
“I look forward to serving as president of the United Way and leading us further into helping the people of Cattaraugus and Allegany Counties,” he said.
Sandi Brundage will continue serving as vice president. A resident of Salamanca, Brundage is the grant administrator for the Salamanca City Central School District and has been a dedicated member of the board for several years.
Eileen Proto and Mandi Joyce-Phelps will serve as co-secretaries.
An Olean resident, Proto is a financial advisor with Proto & Losky, bringing a strong background in financial planning and community engagement. Joyce-Phelps of Andover is a deputy county clerk for Allegany County. She previously served as executive director of the former Allegany County United Way before the merger of the two county organizations.
Isabel Warren of Cuba will serve as treasurer. Warren is retired from Five Star Bank and brings a wealth of experience in financial management and community service.
“We’re fortunate to have such a talented and committed group of individuals helping lead our organization,” said Susan McAuley, executive director of the United Way. “Their leadership, professional expertise and dedication to service will help us deepen our impact and expand our reach throughout the region.”
