Elk County man killed in standoff with Pa. state police

JOHNSONBURG, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police were involved in a standoff that turned fatal Thursday in Johnsonburg. The incident resulted in an officer shooting and killing 40-year-old Jacob Nathaniel Grebbien.
