Tri-County Arts plans Brushes ‘N’ Brews’ event for Sunday

OLEAN — The Tri-County Arts Council will host Brushes ‘N’ Brews, an evening of still-life painting with artist Samila Sosic, at 5 p.m. Sunday at Four Mile Brewing Company.
