Borrello: Enhanced unemployment to blame for shortage of workers

ELLICOTTVILLE — Enhanced unemployment benefits in response to COVID-19 are largely to blame for the region’s labor shortage and should be eliminated, state Sen. George Borrello and others said Friday.
