Kolb pleads not guilty to DWI, plans to pay for damages to NY-owned SUV

Assemblyman Brian Kolb pleaded not guilty today in Victor Town Court to a drunken driving charge stemming from an accident on New Year’s Eve, the Democrat & Chronicle reported.
