Cattaraugus IDA may expand Adaptive Reuse tax abatement policy

OLEAN — The Cattaraugus County Industrial Development Agency on Tuesday took steps to expand its popular Adaptive Reuse Policy to include earlier write-off by developers of up-front development costs.
