Despite questions, Cattaraugus County IDA grants 15-year P.I.L.O.T. to Portville Solar project

OLEAN — The Cattaraugus County Industrial Development Agency on Tuesday agreed to a 15-year payment in lieu of taxes (P.I.L.O.T.) for the $8.6 million Portville Solar project.
