Judge hears local election fraud arguments over Conservative, Independence endorsements

LITTLE VALLEY — A state Supreme Court judge heard courtroom arguments Thursday involving two cases alleging Election Law fraud that could cost 85 candidates their Conservative and Independence Party endorsements.
