State announces start of $10.3M Burrous project in Wellsville

WELLSVILLE — New York State Homes and Community Renewal Commissioner RuthAnne Visnauskas on Wednesday announced the start of construction on a $10.3 million adaptive reuse of the long-vacant Burrous building.
